Shipping policy

The shipping method that you select determines the shipping method purchased from the delivery company. Once your parcel has been handed to them there is little we can do to speed things up. If you require more information please contact us.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed where stock is available and depending on what time the order is placed, but there are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be delayed . If this problem arises, Rockhold Protect will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.  If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.

At present we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times for internet orders. Terms & conditions for delivery are applicable in the UK only.  Rockhold Protect will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted, however dates are given & intended as an estimate only. Rockhold Protect shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by a due date. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received in writing by Rockhold Protect within 3 days of the receipt of goods. The "Purchaser" should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which Rockhold Protect will not be liable in respect of any such claim & goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete & satisfactory condition. Claims for non-delivery MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO BOTH Rockhold Protect & THE CARRIER (Royal Mail / Parcel Force / DPD) & should be received within 14 days of ordering.

On some occasions our orders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer therefore our expected delivery is slightly longer at 5-8 working days, this corresponds with:-

Blaklader, Carhartt, Caterpillar, Helly Hansen, Mascot, Puma, Reebok, Regatta, Scruffs, Snickers, Timberland, TuffStuff & U-Power.

All other brands are delivered within 3 - 8 working days
